Shipping policy

We provide professional and secure global shipping services for all vinyl records, CDs and music collection orders. We fully understand the preciousness and fragility of vinyl records and CDs, so every order will go through a professional packaging process before shipment to maximize the protection of the goods during transportation.

Each vinyl record is first wrapped in a scratch-resistant transparent sleeve to protect the vinyl surface from scratches and dust. It is then placed in a thick shock-absorbing foam sleeve, and finally packed into a reinforced rigid mailer or carton with additional filling materials to avoid extrusion, collision and damage during long-distance transportation. For CD orders, we use dust-proof sleeves and shock-proof packaging to ensure the disc and case are intact.

Shipping Fee & Delivery Time


  • Orders under £50: A flat shipping fee of £9.50 will be charged, with an estimated delivery time of 2–17 working days.
  • Orders £50 and above: Enjoy free standard shipping service, with an estimated delivery time of 3–25 working days.

All orders will be processed, inspected and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time. Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send a unique tracking number to your registered email address, allowing you to check the real-time logistics status and delivery progress anytime.

For all international orders, all import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees incurred at the destination country shall be borne entirely by the buyer. We will provide complete and standardized shipping documents to assist with smooth customs clearance. The estimated delivery time is for reference only; delays may occur due to customs inspection, logistics congestion, extreme weather, remote area transit and other uncontrollable factors, and we will not be liable for any related losses.

If you receive damaged, scratched, defective or incorrect items, or if there is any missing merchandise, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Kindly provide your order number, detailed problem description and clear photos of the package and the merchandise (showing the damage or defect). We will verify the situation as soon as possible and provide reasonable after-sales solutions including full refund, free replacement or partial refund to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
